Buanlung is a village located in the western part of Senthang District, Hakha Township, Chin State. It is situated 25 miles from Hakha. Buanlung village was founded by Pu Hram Cem in AD 1862, originating from Van Mual Village. Van Mual Village itself was founded by people from Hausen Village, which was previously destroyed by war.When the British arrived in Buanlung, Pu Mang Sau and his son Sum Thang were the chiefs. At that time, there were 70 households in the village. Pu Ping Lut of Buanlung was imprisoned in AD 1917-18 due to involvement in the Lairal war.

Dongva is a village located in the western part of Senthang, Hakha Township, Chin State. It is situated 30 miles from Hakha. Dongva village was founded in AD 1842 by Pu Lai Hrek from Phaipha village and Pu Thang Eng from Leitak. It has been approximately 180 years since the village was established. Dongva is located at an altitude of 5,724 meters above sea level.Dongva village is officially recognized as a local village by the government, with the village code 64554 and village tract code 4002028. It lies within the area designated as E-4542790.

Surkhua is a town located in Hakha Township, in the western part of Senthang District, Chin State. It is the capital city of Senthang District. Surkhua was officially designated as the capital on November 23, 2019, by the Vice President of Myanmar, Pu Henry Van Thio. The village was originally founded by Pu Thang Cin from Phaizawng Village in AD 1575. It has been approximately 450 years since the village was established. Surkhua is situated 49 miles from Hakha.In ancient times, Surkhua was called Saikhua Village or Vui Khua. When the residents were in Phaizawng Village, they hunted and killed a sai (elephant). Because they could not carry the head, they hung it in that area. For this reason, the place was named Sailutar. The word “sai” is an ancient term that stands for elephant (Vui). There were many elephants in the area now known as Surkhua Village. Later, the village was renamed Surkhua.

Phaizawng Village is located in Senthang District, in the western part of Hakha Township, Chin State. It was formerly known as Lung Tin Pi Village. The village is situated 60 miles from Hakha. The original Lung Tin Pi Village was founded between AD 1400 and 1500 by the following people and clans: Thian Hlun, Lang Ting, Tin Thei, Hlawn Ca, and Kheng Ci. The village they settled was called Lung Tin Pi. Later, around AD 1500 to 1800, they moved to Lung Pang. Between AD 1800 and 1850, they relocated to Mei Lam Tlang. From AD 1850 to 1924, they lived in Phaizawng Khuahlun. Since AD 1924, they have settled in Phaizawng Khuathar, where the village is currently located.

Phaipha (B) is a village located in the western Senthang District, Hakha Township, Chin State. It is situated 35 miles from Hakha, the capital city of Chin State, at an altitude of 1,500 feet above the Bawinu River. The village was founded in AD 1892 by Pu Kim Hmung (Thian Hlun) and his friends. The original residents included Pu Kim Hmung, who served as the leader, Pu Doi Khar (Khupchawn), Pu Hmun Pia (Lungthi Khupchawn), and Pu No Kham (Innhmai). Pu Kim Hmung was the younger brother of the chief of Phaipha (A), Pu Ngun Ceu.

Fanthen is a village located in the western part of Lautu District, Thantlang Township, Chin State, Myanmar. It is 74 miles from Hakha City and 48 miles from Thantlang City, at an elevation of about 1,400 meters above sea level.The village was founded in AD 1902 by Pu Ni Lo, Pu Uvkha, and Pu Van Khun.
