Rapel is a village located in Thantlang Township, Chin State, Myanmar. It is situated approximately 65 miles from Hakha City and stands at an estimated elevation of 526 feet above sea level. The village was founded in 1893 by Pu Than Hlir (Tlanglian), Pu Tum Thul (Anglian), Pu Ne Neng (Mualcin), Pu Kam Tu (Famcun), and Pu Tai Ung (Aineh).
